Wow, what a beautiful day at our home course at Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. No birdies today, maybe we were too distracted by the nice weather.

The Discovery Bay GC is in a shambles – everybody who has played there the past year must have agreed. They just don’t know how to run golf course in DBGC, because they are ruining the most important asset of a golf course – the fairway and the green. To allow moss, cow grass and fern to grow all over the places in such a private course is indeed a horrible crime.

@Lam Lam, I totally agree. At least the greens are getting back to somewhat normal conditions. The fairways are still a mess. I’ve been rejecting friends’ request to play at DB for the past few months. Waste of money. Can’t understand how the new irrigation system can take priority over improving the drainage at the course in its current conditions.
